- John is an AI, not a human. All responses are generated by artificial intelligence technology.
- AI-generated content may contain errors. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific circumstances.
- This is not professional advice. The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.
- No guarantees of outcomes. We make no representations or warranties regarding the results you may achieve from using the Service.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Pricing & Payments
The Service operates on a pay-per-minute model with the following terms:
- Time packages are available in 5-minute ($9.99), 15-minute ($24.99), and 30-minute ($44.99) increments.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Purchased time is added to your account balance and does not expire.
- Session time is tracked in real-time. When your balance reaches zero, your session ends automatically.
- All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
5. Coupon Codes
Promotional coupon codes may be offered from time to time. Coupon codes are one-time use, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue coupon codes at any time without notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
